• May 23 - June 5 - 3 Night Minimum @ $580 per night
• June 9 - 21 - 3 Night Minimum @ $580 per night
• Aug 23 - 29 - 3 Night Minimum @ $580 per night
• Sept 1 - May 15, 2026 - 3 Night Minimum @ $580 per night

All rentals have a $250 cleaning fee, 9% Maine State Tax and $300 refundable security deposit added to them.

If you have more than 2 cars, there are extra charges to park in the offsite parking lot.

Available starting September 15, 2025 - May 15, 2026 and requires a 7 - 9 month lease.

Utilities included are water, sewer, trash, cable, WiFi, plowing, 2 parking spaces (one at the building and one offsite) and up to $100.00 a month in electric / propane.

First month's rent and $2,500 security deposit due prior to moving in.   Cleaning fee of $250 applies upon move out.
